BioUtah Executive Roundtable Discussion On USTAR Modification Bill

The State Legislature recently passed the USTAR Modifications bill enabling USTAR to tilt its focus to more directly address its dual mission of capacity development and technology commercialization.  The new funding creates new programs allowing more funding and resources available on a competitive basis to all higher education institutions and private entities state wide aimed at address market gaps in the State by accelerating technology development.
